Return Policy

If you have any complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 30 days, provided that it meets the conditions listed at the bottom of the page. After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 business days.

Return conditions:

  • Return period: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Refund processing time: Maximum 10 business days after receipt of the return.
  • Restocking fees: None.
  • Full return address: Please contact us at info@rosalinabear.com to obtain the exact return address.

We accept returns in the following situations:

  1. Order cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is processed, within 30 minutes of purchase. Once processed, the order cannot be canceled.
  2. Product damaged upon receipt: If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions for returning it.
  3. Manufacturing defect or problem after use: If you discover any manufacturing or functionality issues with your product, please contact us. We will offer you an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
  4. Change of mind: If you change your mind, you can return the product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.
  5. Incorrect product received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a quick solution.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@rosalinabear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Add clear photos of any damage or problems, if necessary.
  2. Return eligibility: Our customer service team will respond with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return with shipping: Send the product to the address provided. Make sure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during transport. Include a Track & Trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Send the Track & Trace code to info@rosalinabear.com so that we can track your return. If you do not do this, the return may be invalidated.
  4. Inspection and processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify its condition and the reason for the return. We will process the refund or exchange in accordance with this procedure.

Important:

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the consumer and are not refunded by Coco Mode. As we ship directly from our supplier, our return address is also located in China.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to use the product, we may charge you for this depreciation or refuse the return request. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
